5 Vehicle Collision On Hwy 8

(PERTH EAST, ON) - On December 6, 2018 at approximately 5:30 p.m., Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a serious collision involving five motor vehicles on Highway 8, just east of Stratford. It was reported that an east bound transport collided with 3 cars and 1 minivan. OPP, along with Perth East Fire Department and Perth County Paramedic Service, attended the scene. 6 people were transported to a local hospital.
Robert ALLEN, 87 years-old, of the City of Waterloo, was later transported to a London hospital, where he is in stable condition.
OPP Perth County continue to investigate.
