That means if you see anyone in a Wingham police uniform after high noon 21Feb2019 call 911 immediately as they will be impersonating a police officer, many think they are already guilty of that offence. Buck & Jo’s at 235 Josephine St will be giving away free coffee and donuts 21Feb to celebrate Wingham’s Liberation from tim cess-poole and Blyth and East-Wawanosh forcing timmy and the timbits on the Square Mile for over 18 years against the will of the Officers and law abiding minority.
