(LEAMINGTON, ON) A driver was arrested after police located an individual asleep in a vehicle on Erie Street North in the Municipality of Leamington.
On December 2, 2024, at approximately 5:49 p.m., members of the Leamington detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an individual asleep in a vehicle in a drive through of a business on Erie Street North in the Municipality of Leamington.
As a result of the investigation, 52-year-old Brian MOORE of Leamington has been charged with the following offences:
· Operation While Impaired alcohol and drugs
· Operation While Impaired Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
· Drive vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on December 12, 2024.
