(PUSLINCH TWP, ON) On April 8, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on Brock Road South, in Puslinch Township.
It was reported that a white sedan was driving in an erratic manner on Brock Road South north of Highway 401. Just prior to police arrival, the same vehicle was involved in collision with a passenger van. No injuries were reported.
As a result of the investigation, Lugor L JADA, 53-years-old of Kitchener, was charged with:
Operation While Impaired alcohol and drugs contrary to the Criminal Code
Operation While Impaired blood alcohol concentration 80 plus
Adult Novice Drive- blood alcohol concentration above zero
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice Guelph, on April 25, 2025.
