(BROCKTON, ON) On June 8, 2025, at approximately 7:21 a.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting radar enforcement along Bruce Road 4 in the Municipality of Brockton.
A vehicle was stopped after it was observed travelling in excess of 110 km/h in a posted 70 km/h zone. The investigating officer spoke to the driver and detected signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.
Rohdel LEMON, 26-years-old, resident of Cambridge, was charged with:
Operation while impaired B.A.C. 80 plus, CC 320.14(1)(b)
Drive motor vehicle perform stunt, HTA 172(1)
The accused is set to appear on July 16, 2025, at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charge.
