21-Year-Old From Brockton Arrested Details Released, Not Him #3Strikes #OPP #Crime

(BROCKTON, ON) On September 24, 2025, at approximately 4:54 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint about a possible impaired driver on Bruce Road 1, south of Paisley.
Police located the vehicle and identified the driver, who then fled from the traffic stop at a high rate of speed. Police continued to receive additional driving complaints about this vehicle throughout the area, driving at high speeds and into oncoming traffic. The vehicle was later located the vehicle at a residence along Bruce Road 1 where an arrest was made.
Brett HAGAN, 21-years-old, resident of Brockton, was charged with:
Operation while impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a)
Dangerous operation, CC 320.13(1)
Flight from peace officer, CC 320.17 two counts
Driving while under suspension, HTA 53(1)
Driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available, LLCA 42(1)(b)
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.
